Art’s years of experience have paid off Halfway through the 2005 session, Noonan passed four of his seven bills through the House. More about the bills he worked for can be found here
Other accomplishments: Congressional leaders chose Noonan to represent all freshmen legislators at a conference on health issues in Chicago. Montana governor Sweitzer acknowledged him in his State of the State address for supporting a soldier insurance bill. Art’s colleagues call him “Yoda” - the ancient and revered Jedi master in the “Star Wars” film - because of his know-how as a representative.
